Ordering & Policies

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, modifications can only be made if your order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Customers may choose local pickup during checkout when available.

Most pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business hours during store hours. You will receive notification once your order is ready for collection.

Returns & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible products. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Which products cannot be returned?

Used kitchenware, pottery, mugs, dining products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
