2. Pricing & Payments

Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD).

Transparent Pricing: The amount shown during checkout is the final product price before any applicable taxes. We do not charge hidden handling fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Territory: We currently ship within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days.

Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–7 Business Days.

Local Pickup: Customers may choose local pickup from our Chicago store location when available. Customers may be asked to provide a valid photo ID when collecting an order.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible products.

Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Products: Used kitchenware, used pottery items, and products marked as final sale.
Damaged Products: Customers should report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.

5. No Restocking Fees

Ilianas Artesanias Mexicanas does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

If an incorrect or damaged item is received, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.
