1. Shipping Territory & Costs

Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00.

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $50.00.

No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or processing fees. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Local Store Pickup

Customers in the Chicago area may choose free in-store pickup.

5. How to Order for Store Pickup

Select Local Pickup during checkout.
Wait for your Order Confirmation email.
Receive a Pickup Ready notification.
Visit our store with your order number and valid photo identification.

6. Tracking & Delivery Accuracy

Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Delivery Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
